Beginning Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in partnership with Caltrans District 12, will begin repaving the 91 Express Lanes in Orange County over 10 weekends. Construction crews will first begin repaving in the eastbound direction only starting at 11 p.m. on Friday, September 9 through 6 a.m. on Monday, September 12.
To maximize safety and accelerate paving, the 91 Express Lanes and sections of the adjacent #1 general-purpose lane will close in the eastbound direction for 5 weekends per the schedule below.... Continue reading...
